Yiying Wang
Behaviour Support Practitioner
Yiying holds a Bachelor of Science (Psychological Science) from the University of Sydney and a Masters of Applied Behaviour Analysis from Monash University.
She has worked in the ABA and Behavioural Therapy sector since 2022 across clinic, home, and community settings. Yiying supports individuals with autism, ADHD, and developmental delays, delivering individualised, evidence-based interventions focused on skill development, emotional regulation, learning, and behaviour support.
Yiying works collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams including psychologists, occupational therapists, speech pathologists, teachers, and families to ensure consistent and meaningful outcomes across environments. Her approach is practical, strengths-based, and guided by data to ensure programs remain responsive and effective.
She is passionate about supporting people to build independence, confidence, and real-world skills. Yiying values strong, trusting relationships with individuals and families and enjoys creating engaging, motivating sessions that promote positive progress.
Her key areas of practice include behaviour reduction through functional replacement skills, early learner foundations, and data-driven program development. Yiying is eager to continue expanding her skills to support a broader range of clients across ages, abilities, and presentations.
