FAQs

  • We work with clients from 2 - 65 years of age

  • As each Mindtree Participant is treated as a unique individual, it's difficult to provide an exact cost for developing a support plan. The process involves functional assessment interviews, observations, and consultations with the person and their support team, as well as an evaluation of skill areas, writing the support plan, creating individualised programs, and preparing datasheets.

Once the initial assessments are complete, your Practitioner will be able to give an estimate of the time needed to develop the plan. Mindtree charges the current NDIS hourly rates for services.

  • Mindtree follows the requirements set down by the NDIA. Within one month of engagement we deliver an interim behaviour support plan if there are restrictive practices identified, and a comprehensive behaviour support plan with 6 months of engagement. The exact timeline depends on the availability of the individual and their key support network. Before starting the work, your practitioner will complete an individual support plan outlining more specific expectations and timeframes.

  • Mindtree charges the current NDIS rates per hour for services. We include travel costs and we come to you at home, at school, in the community.
