Kristina Talcevska
Behaviour Support Practitioner
Kristina is a non practicing psychologist who has been working as a Behaviour Support Practitioner since 2020. She has experience across child protection, functional family therapy, behaviour support, and clinical supervision. Over her career, she has worked with children, adolescents, adults and families experiencing complex psychosocial needs, providing evidence-based assessment and intervention within both therapeutic and community settings. She has developed strong skills in family systems therapy, positive behaviour support, reflective practice, supervision, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
Her work demonstrates a consistent commitment to improving outcomes for vulnerable children and adults through trauma-informed and strengths-based approaches.
Kristina is passionate about improving the quality of life of persons with a diagnosed disability by replacing challenging behaviours with actions and communication that are functional and adaptive while strengthening their social and emotional relationships.
