Kate is a Behaviour Support Practitioner with a diverse background in education, psychology, disability, and family support. She is passionate about working alongside children, young people and their families to develop practical, person-centred strategies that promote meaningful, sustainable outcomes and improve quality of life.

With more than 15 years' experience as a Primary School Teacher across mainstream and support unit settings, Kate has supported children with a wide range of developmental, behavioural and learning needs.
