Emma is an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner who graduated in 2016 with a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours). Over the past eight years, she has worked across a variety of roles within the NGO sector, where she has been dedicated to supporting children, young people, families, and individuals facing a wide range of vulnerabilities. These include challenges such as mental health issues, substance misuse, domestic violence, disabilities, and homelessness.
Throughout her career, Emma has developed expertise in casework, leadership, and behaviour support, building a comprehensive skill set that allows her to effectively address the complex needs of those she works with.
Emma’s passion lies in fostering positive outcomes for individuals by placing a strong emphasis on respect, dignity, and collaboration. She is deeply committed to working alongside clients, their families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure that the support provided is not only effective but also aligned with the individual's unique circumstances and aspirations.
