Samm is a social worker with 18 years of social work experience at various levels in a variety of adult social care settings including learning disabilities, mental health, hospital discharges, rehabilitation and safeguarding.

Samm has extensive operational management experience on a background of a diverse social care experience and with it understanding of the need for effective service delivery, meeting outcomes set out for. Proficient in supporting/facilitating the implementation of change programmes, practice development, quality assurance activity (development of framework & implementation), performance management, recruitment, team planning, review of processes, complex discharge planning.

Samm is a Passionate and dedicated Behaviour Support Practitioner with years of experience in providing evidence-based interventions and support to individuals with diverse behavioural needs. She is proficient in assessing, developing, and implementing comprehensive behavioursupport plans tailored to each individual's unique requirements. Skilled in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and families to create a supportive environment conducive to positive behavioural outcomes. Possess a deep understanding of behavioural theories, techniques, and best practices aimed at fostering independence, inclusion, and quality of life for clients.
